When do you dispatch your items?

All items are made to order so have a minimum processing time of 2 working days and are dispatched on the following Wednesday. To guarantee dispatch on a Wednesday, please place your order by 11:59 PM on Monday.

How are your items shipped?

Our treats are carefully packaged and shipped via 48-hour tracked delivery to ensure they arrive quickly and securely.

What if i have an Allergy?

All treats are made in a kitchen that is a normal household setup and cannot guarantee to be allergen-free.
Specific allergens contained in each item are clearly listed on the product page under Allergen Information & Dispatch Details (e.g., Contains Eggs, Milk).
